General Services & Montana Advantage

     1. What services do you offer?

• We provide comprehensive fulfillment prep and ship services for Amazon and other e-commerce (eBay, Shopify, and Etsy) sellers. This includes receiving, inspection, labeling (FNSKU, suffocation warnings, fragile), poly bagging, bubble wrapping, bundling/kitting, small parcel shipping, and premium packing. We also offer secure storage solutions, inventory management, and returns management.

     2. Why should I choose a fulfillment partner in Montana?

• Montana is one of the few states in the U.S. with no statewide sales tax. This provides a significant cost advantage for e-commerce sellers, as you do not incur sales tax on the inventory you acquire and ship to our facility. This can lead to increased profit margins and a competitive edge.

     3. How does the "tax-free" status of Montana benefit my business?

• When you send your inventory to our facility in Montana, you avoid paying sales tax on those goods. This can result in substantial savings, particularly for high-volume sellers, compared to using fulfillment centers in states with sales tax.

Onboarding & Account Management

     1. How do I get started with your services?

• The signup process involves filling out and submitting the request for services form provided on our home page. Once we review your needs and confirm that we're a good fit, we'll guide you through our onboarding process, which includes reviewing and acknowledging our service agreement and providing instructions for sending your initial shipments.

     2. Do you have any setup fees?

• A non-refundable $49.99 registration fee is necessary to begin the enrollment process. This is a one-time, non-refundable charge. 

     3. What is your typical turnaround time for prepping and shipping orders? 

• Our standard turnaround time is usually 24-48 business hours from the time we receive your products and an approved shipping plan. During peak seasons or for substantial orders, processing times may be slightly longer. However, we always strive for efficiency and open communication every step of the way.

     4. How will you communicate with me regarding my inventory and shipments?

• We prioritize clear and timely communication. This will involve real-time updates on the inventory tracker or communication via email, text, or phone.  We'll provide regular updates on receiving, prep status, and shipment confirmations.

Inventory & Shipping

     1. What types of products do you accept/not accept?

• We generally handle a wide range of retail and e-commerce products. However, there are typically restrictions on items such as used products, hazardous materials (Hazmat) items, meltable or temperature-sensitive goods, or dangerous products. 

     2. How do you ensure the accuracy of my orders and inventory?

• We implement rigorous quality control measures, including detailed receiving procedures, scanning, and multiple checks throughout the prep process to ensure 100% accuracy in labeling and packing. We strive to maintain zero shrinkage.

     3. What happens if a product arrives damaged at your facility? 

• Upon receiving, we inspect all products for damage. If any damage is found, we will document it with photos and notify you immediately to discuss the best course of action (e.g., returning the item to the supplier, disposing of it, or continuing the process if acceptable).

     4. Can you handle oversized or overweight items?

• Please inquire about specific dimensions and weights. We have the capabilities to handle various sizes, but some extremely large or heavy items may require special arrangements or may not be accepted.

     5. Do you offer long-term storage? 

•  All inventory will be stored at no cost for 30 days. Arrangements for additional storage beyond 30 days can be made upon special request. Please be advised that any items stored for a duration exceeding 30 days without prior storage arrangements will incur additional fees.

Billing & Policies

     1.  What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept payment via credit card, ACH, Venmo, and PayPal Business Invoicing.

     2. What is your policy on unpaid invoices?

• Unpaid invoices beyond the agreed-upon terms may result in finance charges of $30.00/week or in some cases, the retention of inventory until payment is received.

     3. Do you offer a service level agreement (SLA) or guarantees? 

• We are committed to high accuracy and fast turnaround times. While specific guarantees may vary, we aim to provide exceptional service and address any issues promptly. In the rare event that an order is shipped more than 48 hours past the agreed-upon time, we will provide a 20% discount for that order.

     4. Is your facility secure?

• Yes, our facility is fully insured and equipped with 24/7 surveillance to ensure the safety and security of your inventory.

     5. How does your billing process work? 

• For the first three orders, payment is required before shipping to establish trust and ensure a smooth transaction. Once a reliable partnership is formed, we can collaborate to create a payment schedule that better aligns with your business needs.
