Please Note: Box or poly mailer costs and $0.50 per additional item are charged in addition to the FBM fulfillment fee. Items over 10 lbs or 15 inches on any side are billed at the Large Item rate. 

Shipping label costs apply if a prepaid label is not provided.

*Our primary objective is to ensure efficient turnaround times. All inventory will be stored at no cost for 30 days. Arrangements for additional storage beyond 30 days can be made upon special request. Please be advised that any items stored for a duration exceeding 30 days without prior storage arrangements will incur additional fees.

A one-time, non-refundable $49.99 Registration Fee covers onboarding, account setup, and integration into our inventory tracking/processing systems. This fee is required for all new clients unless waived as part of a promotional offer.

**Once inventory has left our facility, Steadfast Prep and Pack is not liable for any damage or product loss that may occur during transit to Amazon hubs and/or product destination.
